Kwasi Enin, a 17-year-old from Long Island, NY, was accepted to all eight of the most prestigious universities in the U.S., otherwise known as the Ivy League. Enin, who is a senior at William Floyd High School, thought he would get into one or two of the universities, but not all eight. These include Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton, the University of Pennsylvania and Yale.
Enin scored a 2,250 out of 2,400 on the SAT, placing him in the 99th percentile for all students taking the exam. He is also in the top 2 percent of his class.
Enin plans on following his parents’ footsteps, both immigrants from Ghana, and study medicine.
