2014 Triton-Asics Invitational Track & Field Meet Brought Thousands of Participants and Spectators

High schools from all over Orange County, San Diego and even Canada brought excitement, great competition and a few new records to post in the books at the 2014 Triton-Asics Invitation Track & Field Meet. More than 25 schools were represented at this year’s 9th annual event.

San Clemente’s Kelsey Benoit broke an event record in the shot put with a best throw of 62′ 3″. Esperanza freshman Bronson Osborn threw a 127′ 7″ in the discus. And Santa Margarita’s Austin Tinsley took first in the 110 hurdles with a time of 14.86. These were just a few winners of an entire day of great competition.
